Synthesis and properties of 3-fluorophenoxy-7-O-aminoacylchromones

Abstract: In search for new drugs in the flavonoid family, novel derivatives containing amino acid moieties have been synthesized. The structure of the modified chromones was confirmed by the PMR data. The compounds displayed a significant analeptic activity.
